01 / Product · UX · Build
Every account, accounted for. I had an idea, so naturally I made it a whole thing: a social media governance and content operations platform I conceived, designed, and built from the ground up.

01 What I was trying to solve
Accounts exist. Ownership is a rumor.
Large organizations run dozens of social accounts across locations and teams. A small central communications group still owns the reputation.
02 Who uses it
Same product. Different job.
Communications Admin
Organization-wide visibility and governance. What exists, who owns it, what needs attention.
Directory, discovery, brand, campaigns, and insights across every location.

03 Product
Click through the system.
Account Directory
What exists, who owns it, which location it belongs to, and what needs attention.

04 Brand Hub
Organization kit or location resources.

Organization brand kit
- Primary and secondary logos
- Organization colors and type
- Official channels
- Writing and tone
05 Content Studio
Start with what happened. Then make the post.
Promote a date, time, and place. Graphics and copy stay on brand for every location that needs them.

Here’s where it got interesting.
06 Insights
Look at the work from more than one angle.
A single glance at what needs attention across the system. Demo UI, not live analytics.

And then this happened.
07 How I built it
Built because the tool I needed didn't exist.
- I conceived it.
- I designed it.
- I built it.
- I tested it.
- I kept changing it.
Cursor was the AI-assisted coding environment. The prototype is vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (hash routing, demo persistence, no backend) deployed as a static site on Vercel.
Working prototype. Still building it out. Not a production district install. The demo uses a realistic setting so the system can be evaluated.
